Three unique single origin coffees

Halo Beriti, Ethiopia

This lot is new to our roastery, and enters as a beautiful example of high quality Ethiopian coffee. Elevated farming practices and quality control, along with the favourable conditions of the Yirgacheffe growing region, have produced a complex and delicate cup. The Halo Beriti station was founded in 2014 to process the coffee of over 700 farmers in the surrounding 3km. Most farms are organic by default, and benefit from training on Good Agricultural practises from the station.

Argelia, Colombia

This washed coffee is new to our roastery and comes to us from the Women Coffee Producers project, part of the ARGCAFEE association in Colombia. The project promotes the work women do in producing and growing coffee around the world, aiming to address wage inequity for growers. ARGCAFEE started in 2014 with just 17 members. Today with 230 members, it seeks to improve the quality of life for its members, promote diversification and minimise the environmental impact.

Tade GG, Ethiopia

If you’ve had the opportunity to enjoy our feature lots from Tade GG before, you’ll know what to expect – a beautifully structured, clean coffee with an array of fruity notes and a sparkling acidity. It's an outstanding coffee that we look forward to brewing as long as it lasts! Tade GG is a private farm owned by Tesfaye Bekele, and is well-known around the world for producing exceptional coffee. Not only is Bekele a passionate producer who has travelled the world extensively to hone his approach, but the landscape around the farm enjoys nutrient-rich, volcanic soil – prime conditions for coffee growing.
